This is a sbsettings theme not a winterboard theme (which is for the springboard). You’ll find it in the sbsettings theme-section inside the ‘more’ button.
I used to swipe or press at the top of the screen near the time to activate these sbs settings…that doesn’t seem to be working anymore how is it done now?
