I keep those apps hidden in categories, or locked down. Music, app store, Itunes, videos, you tube, cydia, winterboard etc are the perfect apps for the dock (I Think) Also, I looked for the apple fading theme, and can't seem to find it anymore. This is a really awesome dock though, and would be great with hundreds of themes. I hope an iPod version is coming out.
