There's a better but probablly alittle bit trickier way to have working icons for it. Download ifile and itransform to iPod from cydia. Open ifile and edit the "phone.png" to "skype.png" or whatever app your going to use for phone. Same goes for the text messaging app if it's included in this theme or anyother theme. Go to winterboard and. Enable itransform to iPod and done! You have working iPhone icons for this (or anyother) theme.
